- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return it to juicedLink within 15 days of receipt of item(s).
- All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- juicedLink is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
- Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
- No returns will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please go to our Support / Contact page to email us (all returns are tracked via email) to obtain a RMA, and receive further return instructions for the return.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- There are no returns or exchanges on the following:
- Special Order merchandise
- Built-to-Order or Built-to-Specification merchandise
- Software once unwrapped
- Consumable items
