Return

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then you can return it to juicedLink within 15 days of receipt of item(s).
• All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
• juicedLink is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
• Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
• No returns will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please go to our Support / Contact page to email us (all returns are tracked via email) to obtain a RMA, and receive further return instructions for the return.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
• There are no returns or exchanges on the following:
  • Special Order merchandise
  • Built-to-Order or Built-to-Specification merchandise
  • Software once unwrapped
  • Consumable items
