The home page will direct you to the online stores, sales policies, and warranty information. Q: Do you accept international orders? • Outside of the US and Canada, we are not yet accepting orders. We’re working on getting set up for that. Please let us know that you are interested in making an international purchase on the Contact page, and we will let you know when we’ve got the process up and running. Q: What is your development and manufacturing process? • juicedLink products are designed in the United States. Printed circuit boards are manufactured and surface mount components placed in juicedLink Qualified contract manufacturers outside the US, with additional circuit board assembly taking place in our US facility. The aluminum enclosure is fabricated in the US by a juicedLink Qualified contract manufacturer. Final assembly and test is completed in our US facility. Q: Why the name juicedLink? • At the time our first product line was introduced, the CX family ultra portable camcorder XLR adapter/mixers, most camcorder adapters were passive. The juicedLink products incorporate active low-noise preamplifiers, which have inherent advantages for low level signals. Because the active gain was one of the distinguishing attributes of these devices, we named the company juicedLink … get it? Q: Who is the woman in the photo on the home page of the website? • I have absolutely no idea. It’s a stock photo I purchased. I was going for the “juice” kind of theme. I was searching for “smile” and “juice”. All the other photos were of people sitting around eating breakfast. This one has a unique perspective to it. Plus, it was easy to cut out the background to blend with the white on the rest of the website. I really like it … it exudes health, confidence, strength. Sorry … I don’t have her phone number for you … Q: Is it? • Yes, that’s a MGD in my hand.
