Return If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to juicedLink within 15 days of receipt of item(s). All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. juicedLink is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturers equivalent model. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please Contact us to obtain one, and receive further return instructions. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
There are no returns or exchanges on the following: Special Order merchandise Built-to-Order or Built-to-Specification merchandise Software once unwrapped Consumable items
