Sales CURRENCY: All prices are in US dollars. CREDIT CARDS: juicedLink accepts all major credit cards, through our PayPal shopping cart. It is not required to have a PayPal username or password to use major credit cards on their shopping cart. SALES TAX: Items shipped to California will have sales tax added. The customer is responsible for any use taxes in their jurisdiction. ACCEPTANCE: All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by juicedLink. SERVICED GEOGRAPHIES: Currently, juicedLink is not servicing European Union countries. Orders for US/Canada can be placed directly on juicedLink.com using the PayPal Shopping Cart. For orders outside the US/Canada, please see process below. INTERNATIONAL - ORDERS OUTSIDE US/CANADA (including US Territories): Currently, juicedLink is not servicing European Union countries. During the order entry process on the PayPal shopping cart, the Global Priority shipping option will have a placeholder of $0. After receipt of your order, the shipping costs will be calculated, and a PayPal invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you via email. The email will have a link to the PayPal website with instructions for paying the shipping costs. After receipt of the shipping costs, your merchandise will be sent. More details are available in the Shipping section below. DUTIES/CUSTOMS/VAT/BROKERAGE - FEES International orders are subject to import duty, customs, VAT, brokerage, and other local taxes and fees in the country of destination juicedLink is not responsible for, nor can give any specific information on import fees, duty, procedures or taxes you must pay when your merchandise arrives. Certain freight carriers have set clearing houses that may incur separate transit charges. If a shipment is refused by you, you are responsible for all outbound and return freight charges as well as any penalties up and above the agreed transaction. We advise you contact your local government import office for information regarding imported merchandise and all steps necessary to receive goods purchased from the United States Of America. juicedLink will provide all necessary export paperwork to ship your merchandise in a timely fashion. We are required to tag all packages with the exact value of merchandise. All international orders may require extra time for processing and we cannot guarantee time sensitive deliveries.
Shipping FOB: All orders are shipped FOB point of shipment. This is to say that merchandise title passes from juicedLink to the customer upon shipment from the juicedLink facility, and is the responsibility of the customer at this point. These are standard shipping terms in the industry. DELIVRY SIGNATURE: Standard procedure is for shipments to be insured and use Signature Required. This is for the protection of the customer, in case the merchandise gets damaged or stolen. The customer can use the Carriers website to track the delivery, and determine what day the delivery will be made, to determine when to be available for signature. PO Boxes: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. SHIPMENT DATE: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time we receive your order. Return If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product, then they are entitled to return the merchandise. Should it be necessary to return any item, then it may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping and handling charges, from or to juicedLink. This also excludes any duties, customs, VAT, brokerage, and other local taxes incurred during shipment to or from juicedLink. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly labeled on the return shipping box, or the delivery will not be accepted. Please enter your information on the returns form to receive a RMA number and other return and shipping instructions.
Limited Warranty juicedLink, LLC warrants all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. This warranty is non-transferable. Warranty claims due to severe service conditions will be addressed on an individual basis. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, or abuse. Defective devices covered under this warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost. The device must be sent to our service center at the customers expense. In the event that your equipment is in need of general or warranty repair, then please go to our repair form page. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and provide instructions on shipping and payment. All repairs must have a RMA number clearly labeled on the shipping box, or the delivery will not be accepted.
Repair We are committed to support you through the life of your product. In the event that your equipment is in need of general or warranty repair, then please go to our repair form page. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and provide instructions on shipping and payment. All repairs must have a RMA number clearly labeled on the shipping box, or the delivery will not be accepted. All repairs include a 90 day limited warranty.
Privacy What information do we collect? When completing an order, you will be transferred to PayPals secure server for checkout. You will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. What is your information for? Information collected from you will be used to process transactions. The email you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, requesting feedback on your satisfaction, or receiving occasional related product information. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer. How do we protect your information? We use PayPal to conduct our online transactions, and never gain access to your credit card information. Paypal stores and processes your personal information on their computers in the US, and protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable US federal and state regulations. They use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, and enforce physical access controls to buildings and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfill their job responsibilities. If you have a transaction with us, such as a phone order, where we do have visibility to your credit card information, then that information will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. Do we use cookies? We do not use cookies. Do we disclose any information to outside parties? We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information, unless we provide you with advanced notice. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. Third party links In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites. California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
